Chef Avner Samuel's Dallas restaurant & bar

NOSH BarDALLAS, TEXAS - September 2011, award winning Chef Avner Samuel celebrated the 1st anniversary of his four star NOSH euro bistro and bar. The stylish eatery is located in the space formerly occupied by his ultra lavish Aurora. NOSH is open 7 days per week for lunch & dinner.

 

The menu, featuring casual European/Mediterranean inspired fare is offered throughout the day from 11am-10pm on weekdays and 11am-11pm on weekends. A posh atmosphere is complemented with moderately priced food and wine list.

 

Half price appetizers during Happy Hour to NOSH on Monday-Thursday from 4pm – 6pm.

Jon Stevens Joins NOSH

Avner Samuel has brought onboard Jon Stevens as chef/partner. Jon worked previously at Neighborhood Services, Aurora and Abacus. He is a native of San Francisco and worked at Jardiniere and The Dining Room at the Ritz Carlton.
